Bikaner. Abhay India News. Bikaner West Assembly constituency is becoming an interesting situation this time. On this seat where consecutively twice No-Hoper Dr. B. D. Kalla’s ticket is being considered as certain this time, on the other hand the ticket of BJP’s current MLA Dr. Gopal Krishna Joshi is believed to be stuck.
The reason for the situation becoming interesting is that Dr. Joshi of BJP has won two consecutive elections, despite of his achievements people believe his ticket for the constituency will be wiped off this time. Political analysts believe that if this happens in reality then it would be a shocking event in Bikaner’s political history.
