Suresh Boda/Jaipur/Bikaner. Abhay India News. There is a lot of pressure in BJP and Congress in deciding the candidates for the state assembly elections. Both parties will release the first list of their respective candidates before Deepawali. Names have been finalized for this.
According to sources, BJP’s first presumptive list could include these names Vasundhara Raje, Gulab Chand Kataria, Rajendra Rathod, Ajay Singh Kilak, Kiran Maheshwari, Siddhi Kumari, Satish Poonia, Dr. Ram Pratap, Younus Khan, Kailash Meghwal and Rajpal Singh Shekhawat.
In the 2 day meeting held by BJP Core Committee for the formulation of panel for ticket claimants is done. In the meeting panels were made for approximately single name on 65 seats, 2 names on 42 & 3 names on 32 seats. For rest of the 61 seats strong impedance is seen pertaining to tickets. In this two seats of Bikaner district are also trapped.
Here, in the first list of Congress names of Ashok Gehlot, Rameshwar Dudi and Girija Vyas could be seen. In reference of Bikaner in this list apart from Dudi, names of Kaushal Duggad from the Bikaner East, Bhanwar Singh Bhati from Kolayat could be incorporated. The first list does not have names of many veterans including State President Sachin Pilot, former Union Minister CP Joshi.
Congress screening committee decided single names for 94 seats on Tuesday. The committee has incorporated 24 current MLA names in the panel who have won the elections despite the Modi wave. It is believed that the final picture of the nominees will be clear in the meeting of the Central Election Committee on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Rahul Gandhi.
Erstwhile, past two days the screening committee marathon went on in Delhi under the chairmanship of Kumari Shelja. On Wednesday Committee did a detailed discussion on each & every seat in Pondicherry premises. Meanwhile, the survey report of PCC State in-charge, Rahul Gandhi’s survey report, the report of the four in-charge secretaries and the feedback of screening committee were matched.
