New Delhi. The Centre has asked all paramilitary forces to keep your guard up & “DEPLOY BATTLE MODE” hours after an Indian Army Soldier tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
An Advisory has been put out by the government with details re roles and responsibilities in containing the Virus which is on loose and has killed nearly 7000 people across the world.
“The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the Government’s main medical research body has given India an approximate 30 days to get into a state of readiness. To prevent COMMUNITY TRANSMISSION is the mere thing that is likely to slow the exponential growth and spread of this infection,” the advisory, issued by Dr Mukesh Saxena, ADG (Medical), said.
